TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a job with Concept Model Management (CMM), the client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS

  • If a booking is made through CMM, all communication regarding the booking must include the agency to ensure accurate coordination.

  • Clients may contact models directly in certain circumstances, but CMM cannot provide additional services such as model replacements, styling, or schedule adjustments unless arranged through the agency.

  • All booking details must be finalised at least 2 days before the scheduled shoot.

  • For last-minute bookings, all necessary details must be provided as soon as possible to ensure confirmation.

  • If a model is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, CMM will attempt to provide a replacement but cannot guarantee availability.

RATES

  • Model rates are determined by CMM based on the model’s experience, the booking requirements, and job complexity.

  • Rates are subject to change per booking and are not fixed or permanent.

  • Overtime is charged per additional half-hour beyond the scheduled time.

  • Specialized work (e.g., nude, semi-nude, or physically demanding jobs) is often charged at a higher rate.

  • Travel fees may apply

  • Hair and makeup fees may apply

  • Clients may only use images/videos featuring CMM models for the agreed-upon purpose and timeframe. Usage fees for any advertisement apply at all times.

  • All shoots include website and social media usage. E-commerce and Brand website usage may be charged at a higher rate. AD usage without prior discretion is subject to an additional invoice with usage fees.

  • Late fees apply to invoices that are overdue. Please notify us if there are any payment issues

TFP, COLLABORATIVE WORK, AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE

  • Models may choose to accept unpaid work at their discretion. CMM cannot guarantee that a specific model will agree to unpaid or collaborative arrangements.

  • All unpaid collaborations must be on a TFP (Time for Print) basis, where the model receives high-quality images in return for their time, or in exchange for products or services at no cost.

  • Discounts are not accepted as a form of compensation for product exchange bookings.

IMAGE PROTECTION & AI

  • Images may not be altered in a way that misrepresents the model or CMM without prior approval.

  • Explicit content must be pre-approved by both the agency and model. Unauthorized use of images for adult content, AI manipulation, or deepfakes is strictly prohibited.

COMPLAINTS

  • Any complaints regarding a booking must be submitted via email to CMM administration.

  • CMM does not tolerate inappropriate behavior, bullying, or unprofessional conduct from clients, models, or collaborators.

  • If unprofessional behavior is observed, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue.

MODEL SAFETY AND WELLBEING

  • Clients must ensure a safe, professional, and respectful work environment for all bookings.

  • Models will not be required to perform duties beyond what was agreed upon in the booking confirmation.

  • If a model feels uncomfortable or unsafe, they have the right to leave immediately without penalty, and CMM must be notified

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • CMM acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for any disputes, injuries, or damages incurred during a shoot or event.

  • Clients agree to hold CMM harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services.
